AdulaSeal is specialized in the welding of plastics (thermoplastic) for the packaging sector. The wide know-how from AdulaTech in the field of welding and cutting are integrate in these high- quality products.
The stable and sophisticated design of these welding devices, combined with a powerful transformer (up to 1500 watts) and a smart electronic, result in a long operating life-cycle with constant, excellent results. Further more to achieve these results the impulse principle is applied.
High-quality building materials are used such as the base Teflon tape and up to 12 mm temperature resistant, high elastic silicone rubber for the pressing unit.
Our aim is to ensure for each welding procedure an equal and even welding over the full length. A quick welding process and a short cooling period allow working rationally and quickly. Of course the entire welding length of the device (arm) can be fully exploited.
The ASG series even offers a welding wide of up to 5 mm.
Hermetic sealing is guaranteed!
